Mission
The Art Center’s mission is to encourage and nurture the appreciation of and participation in the arts by offering programs and instruction and by advocating the importance of the arts in education and in the community.
Vision
Our vision is to provide an art center designed for the community, by the community—to bring artists and students together to stimulate interest, foster awareness, collaborate, support, create, inspire, and encourage creative thinking. At the Art Center, we celebrate our community’s diversity through the arts and showcase the talents of regional artists.
The Art Center is a financially self sustaining center with a goal of becoming a non-profit center in the near future. The Art Center is being designed as a pilot program for the future Vail Valley Community Arts Center project.
